Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All deposits are final. Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven platform errors or unauthorized transactions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction. Provide transaction ID and supporting documents for verification.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. Processing fees may apply.

4. Disputed Bets

Disputed bets will be reviewed by our arbitration team. Final decisions will be communicated within 14 business days.
